Being fully equipped with the staff that you need for the loads coming in is of high importance and here at Pro1 we understand and prioritise communication. Therefore, we provide a 24/7 on-call service for our clients and candidates.

One of the many examples of where our on-call service has proved to be useful happened earlier this year. One of our clients was let down by another agency and they needed last-minute driving cover. They were able to get in touch with one of our Recruitment Consultants who was able to supply them with a driver to cover the run for the evening.

If we were unable to be contacted immediately, outside of office hours, the client would have been left short and without a driver. This would have caused a variety of issues, costing the client time, money and potentially hindering their relationships with their suppliers and customers. This was a new client, who we were yet to supply, and they came to us to help them out in an emergency. We were able to deliver and begin a strong working relationship.

We have a very warm and welcoming team here at Pro1. Each Recruitment Consultant is approachable, respectful and works hard to meet the needs of all our clients. Whilst you will have a point of contact for your contract, there will be times when you interact and speak with each member of our team. Our on-call service is shared between each Recruitment Consultant, and it rotates each week.

As I’m sure you can imagine, a 24/7 on-call service can be very exhausting for the Recruitment Consultants if not managed correctly. By sharing our on-call on a weekly basis, we ensure that our Recruitment Consultants can remain refreshed and are not burnt out. A work-life balance is essential if you want to maintain a high level of service. When it is their week for the on-call, our Recruitment Consultants will be refreshed and able to deliver the high-quality service that we pride ourselves on providing.

Whether you need additional workers or need to cancel a few shifts, you can contact us at any time throughout the day to change your requirements. This gives you peace of mind in knowing that you will not be left short without communication.
