Meet the Team

Agata is one of our longest-serving consultants. Originally from Poland, Agata brings a wealth of industry knowledge and charm. Having previously worked for one of the biggest warehousing companies, Agata brings an element of empathy and relatability to the stresses and experiences of warehouse work. Recently, Agata completed and passed her Level 3 REC Certificate.

There are only so many words in the English language to describe Jayne and the impact she has on the team. She is the heart and soul of Pro1 Recruitment, keeping everyone in check with their compliance. Contrary to popular beliefs she is more than just the “pay” lady She is also the one who gets on our back for not reading emails and shouts at us for compliance. Jayne has been with us for many years and we really would not be who we are without her.

Laura has worked in the recruitment industry since 2002, she has recruited for a variety of industries including Transport & Logistics Hospitality & Catering, Engineering, Finance and Apprenticeships. She has worked as a Regional Manager in her previous role as well as many years as a Senior Consultant. Laura also has hands-on experience working within the hospitality sector.

Danny has worked in the recruitment industry since 2002 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, he has managed on-site HGV contracts for large retailers in the Midlands where he has recruited and managed over 200 drivers per day. Danny has been an O-licence holder for his own haulage company where he ran HGV1s and Vans.

Our very own little Pro1 Princess. Veronie is our Operations Director and the life of the office. She has an incredible talent for shining the spotlight and pushing everyone to be the best Recruitment Consultants they can be. Originally from the land of the Dutch, Veronie brings that little bit of international spice to the table and has this incredible knack for getting clients to fall in love with her.

Tay is one of our brightest recruiters. She is excellent at building relationships with candidates and adding that personal touch to recruitment. Recently, Tayla has started growing her own client base and is currently exceeding all expectations. She is a fantastic piece in the Pro1 puzzle.

Everyone’s favourite when they need to spend money. The gatekeeper to the Pro1 Credit Card. Sherri is a wizard on Excel and her organised approach makes her an exceptional Finance Team Leader.

The mum of the office. There’s never a dull moment with Gail around. Part time hours with full time success, Gail is quietly one of our top recruits. She may not be in the office too often, but her presence is always felt. Gail is always the life of the party on team night outs and her bubbly energy makes her a valued member of the team.
