We are now seeking a Telesales Agent to join our team in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to our telesales operations and support our growth through effective outbound sales and e-marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses within the logistics and warehousing sectors to generate new leads and build relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the internal team to share best practices and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Assist in executing outbound e-marketing campaigns to complement telesales efforts and increase lead generation.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients while addressing queries or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the logistics or recruitment sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with e-marketing principles and willingness to learn more about executing campaigns.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
