Pro1 Recruitment Ltd are an expanding Recruitment Agency looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a successful team. We specialise in both the Transport & Logistics and Warehousing & Distribution sectors in the Midlands and wider area.

·You will have strong account management skills with the acumen to maximise the income stream from all of your clients

·You will have the desire to build trust with your candidates, always working with honesty and integrity

·With a good financial awareness you will have the know-how to maximise your weekly GP, week on week through business development and account management 

·You will have great organisation skills and the ability to manage your own time, prioritise work load and multi-task

Duties as a Recruitment Consultant would include:

Business Development - cold calling, face to face meetings, networking events, social media platforms, growing income from existing customers, generating own leads, filling vacancies, plan development, achieving a minimum GP every week, account management, exceeding targets

Candidate Attraction - Writing adverts, using job boards, interviewing candidates, using social media, referrals, ensuring compliance of RTW documents, reference checking candidates, candidate retention 

Future development of this role could see you promoted in to a Senior Recruitment Consultant and beyond and recruiting your own team to support you.
