Pro1 Recruitment Ltd are an expanding Recruitment Agency looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a successful team. We specialise in both the Transport & Logistics and Warehousing & Distribution sectors in the Midlands and wider area.

·You will be a relationship person able to establish long lasting relationships with your clients through good service and trust building
·You will have strong account management skills with the acumen to maximise the income stream from all of your clients
·You will have the desire to build trust with your candidates, always working with honesty and integrity
·With a good financial awareness you will have the know-how to maximise your weekly GP, week on week through account management
·You will have great organisation skills and the ability to manage your own time, prioritise work load and multi-task
Duties as a Recruitment Account Manager would include:
Account development, relationship building, meeting SLAs, reporting, payroll, On-Call, service reviews, compliance, performance management, working towards KPIs, worker retention, holiday management, candidate attraction, job board management, on site inductions and assessments, risk assessments, PPE management.
