Pro1 Recruitment are actively looking for an experienced Part time On-site Coordinator to work with our prestigious client based in Hinckley
As an on-site Coordinator you'll be building relationships while focusing on recruiting and retaining talent to fulfill our client requirements and you will be responsible for:
- Building client relationship through face to face communication
- Onsite check-ins whenever required (Monday – Sunday)
- Checking in onsite inductions
- Collating, analysing and managing site performance against our requirements on a daily basis
- Reporting to management on a daily basis
- Assisting with the on-call phone and providing 'out of hours' on-call support when required
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
- Must have their own transport
- Working hours will be on a part time basis - however must be flexible around the shift times that are required on a daily basis to go on site and check in the workers
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious person with a driven attitude and the ability to respond to changing demands.
Previous recruitment background and a full driving licence with access to own transport essential.
