Pro1 Recruitment seeks a skilled CNC Drill / Laser Drill Operator to operate and maintain department equipment, conduct quality checks, and ensure precise CNC and laser drilling operations for printed circuit boards.
The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC machining, familiarity with Padstats and drawings, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
Full training may be considered for exceptional candidates without prior experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate department equipment and perform quality checks.
- Set up panels for drilling, conduct laser drilling and laser profiling.
- Enter job details into the work in progress tracking system.
- Read Padstats and basic drawings for accurate drilling.
- Inspect PCBs using measuring devices for compliance.
- Maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
- Complete departmental documentation accurately.
- Ideally, possess experience in manufacturing or CNC machining in the PCB industry.
