Pro1 Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator for a company based in the Birmingham (Nechells) area.
This is a permanent role, with a chance to build and grow within an ever-growing company.
·Monitor and respond to Network Support email inboxes.
·Log all credit requests & Delivery Check Forms on the system, organize returns/collections.
·Liaise directly with warehouse staff on all aspects of the delivery process.
·Monitor & maintain invoice query log.
·Produce weekly order reports and ensure any orders received are dealt with before 5pm on the day. Produce monthly reports on centres order placement performance.
·If or when the network support department is inundated with phone calls, take messages and forward to the correct person.
·Book & advise centres with cost, ETA & follow up of same day couriers.
·Track all shipments and coordinate late/missed deliveries with the courier companies.
·Produce and maintain carriage recharge & F.O.C carriage report on a monthly basis.
08:00 - 17:00
Weekly rotating to
09:00 - 18:00
You will also be required to work from home every 3rd Saturday 08:00 - 12:00 (After 2 months)
Up to £20,000 - dependant on experience
