Career development for James Bowker

Thursday, July 12, 2018

James has been studying hard all year for his Advanced Apprenticeship in Recruitment and has passed with flying colours. Hooray!

This is of huge benefit to candidates and clients and means that James fully understands the recruitment cycle and legalities within the recruitment industry.

The apprenticeship is REC accredited and means that James will have a deeper understanding in the following subjects:

  • Supporting the recruitment processes

  • Researching candidates through social media networking

  • Identifying client recruitment requirements

  • Assessing candidates

  • Developing working relationships with colleagues

  • Sustaining customer-focused relationships with clients

  • Developing sales proposals

Regarding the apprenticeship James said the following "The apprenticeship has helped me push forward with my recruitment career, its allowed me to understand the theory behind what I do on the day to day. Its allowed me to cross the bridge from resourcer to Consultant and develop strong client relationships"

The Directors at Pro1 Recruitment, along with his colleagues are over the moon that James is now a qualified Recruitment Consultant. Well done!
