DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining high standards of professional service at all times in the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring all staff are completing the below -
Reservations and departures list - Figures
Ensure all restaurant areas are presentable for service
Ensure any ‘dips’ required are present on the tables
Ensure all curtains are closed (Winter only)
Ensure all required tables are fully laid
Ensure wine fridges are re-stocked to par levels daily
Ensure all service tasks are completed (eg. Room service trays, laundry etc.)
Ensure all room services are recorded and collected.
Ensure booking sheets are prepared and pre-taken bookings are booked in.
Ensure all Sales records are updated daily
Ensure that the banking for the spa café is done daily
To participate in table, wine and room service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
To ensure all pre-service tasks and duties are completed to a high standard.
Responsible for ensuring correct presentation of the buffet and maintaining it during the service periods.
To ensure the service areas are clean and tidy before, during and after each service.
Comply and with all Company Policy and Procedures
Complete any other reasonable duties as requested by the Senior Management Team and to ensure the smooth running of the service areas.
