A talented, passionate and reliable Chef De Partie / Line Chef is required to work for a leading 5* Hotel in the East Midlands airport area.
Working closely with the Head Chef, as Chef De Partie / Line Chef you responsible for overseeing the overall kitchen service, and have a particular focus on driving the team and establishing and maintaining standards.
To be suitable for this Chef De Partie / Line Chef role you will need the following:
- Previous experience of a high street restaurant or a busy hotel kitchen
- Be a team player and assist the brigade
- Good health and hygiene knowledge
- Knowledge of allergens
The hours of work for this Chef De Partie / Line Chef role are 3pm to 11pm 5 days out of 7. The first 39 hours is paid at £10.50 and then £15.75 after 39 hours.
Ideally you will have your own transport due to the location however the Hotel can offer a NO COST LIVE IN SERVICE if you require this.
