Pro1 Recruitment are looking to recruit several Conference and Events staff to work at a well known prestigious hotel. You will be part of a large events team - duties to include setting up events, customer service, serving food, clearing away and resetting the room after the function has ended.
Typical events tend to seat between 300 - 1400 serving a mixture of wine, beer and spirits.
To be suitable for this role candidates will have the following attributes:
- experience of working in a busy, fast paced restaurant/event
- a smart and tidy appearance
- excellent customer service skills
- pro active attitude
- understand food hygiene
For suitable candidates with the right attitude this is long term work. Start times do vary but are typically 6pm until 1am. You will be required to wear uniform as part of this role.
